Purchase: Purchase price is for One collection only.

Refunds: No refunds are given for any unused bags.

Collection times: Collections are made Monday to Friday between 0900 hours and 1700 hours excluding Public and Bank Holidays.  We are flexible and can arrange AM orPM Collections if required subject to availability.

Sealing the bag: Bags are to be sealed using the self adhesive bag seal.

Overfilling: Please do not overfill bags.

Bag content: Bags can be filled with mixed paper, folders etc.  No need to remove staples or paperclips.

Contaminants: Please do not contaminate bags with plastic wallets, food items, hygiene items such as face masks, used tissues etc.  Our bags are tracked and a contamination charge will be issued.

Scheduling and Cancellation: Customers must schedule their shredding service at least [48 hours] in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling must also be done at least [24 hours] before the scheduled service, failing which a cancellation fee may be charged.

Payment Terms: Full payment must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may attract a late fee.

Preparation of Documents: All documents must be removed from binders, folders, and other hard materials. We Shred It is not responsible for damage to non-paper items included in the shredding.

Access to Location: Customers must ensure that We Shred It has necessary access to the location for the shredding service. If access is not granted on arrival, a missed appointment fee may be charged.

Limitation of Liability: We Shred It's total liability for any claim related to the services will be limited to the price paid for those services.

Confidentiality: We Shred It will maintain the confidentiality of all documents handled and ensure secure destruction of the same. A Certificate of Destruction will be provided upon completion of the service.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of the services will be subject to the laws of the United Kingdom and must be resolved in the courts of the UK.
