Step #1 - Choose your package

Select the package that best suits your needs and we’ll provide you with the appropriate number of sacks to collect and securely store your confidential paperwork and any documents you want to get rid of.

Step #2 - Fill your bags

Once the sacks have been delivered to your home (we can post them through the letterbox, so you don’t need to be home to receive them), you can get started filling them with the paperwork you want to dispose of. For orders received before 3pm, we dispatch them via Royal Mail for delivery within 2 working days.

How big are the sacks?

Each sack can hold a pile of A4 sheets around 15 inches high and will weigh up to 30kg when full, so they’re easy to move around your home or office, and for the delivery team to collect.

What can I put in the sacks?

The benefit of industrial shredders is that we can shred a lot more than the home shredders you’re used to. You can put all grades of paper, including staples, paperclips and metal fastenings, into the bags along with spiral pads, plastic wallets, hardback diaries, magazines and brochures, passports, chequebook stubs and folders or card. 

In fact, we can take most forms of paper with the exception of lever arch files and bulldog clips.

Is the paper recycled after shredding?

Once we’ve collected the bags from you, the sacks will remain sealed and securely contained until they reach the shredding facility. The sacks and all the contents inside will then be cross-shredded before being completely recycled. 

Step #3 - Arrange pick-up

When you’re ready for the sacks to be collected, we’ll arrange for a member of our team to pick them up from your premises at a time that’s convenient for you. 

We use satellite-tracked vans and all of our staff are police-checked. All you need to do is click ‘order now’ and let us know your postcode, and we’ll let you know which day we’ll be in your area.

Collections are made between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and once the payment is complete, you’ll get an email confirming your collection date.

Step #4 - Certificate of destruction issued

The sacks will be taken to a CCTV-monitored facility and shredded within 24 hours of arrival.

Once your paperwork has been shredded, you’ll receive a Certificate of Destruction from us as confirmation that all of your paperwork has been shredded and recycled.
