Yes. Most city centre offices we collect from have no loading bay, so our drivers are used to working around on-street loading restrictions and building access. Tell us the address when you book and we will sort the practicalities out with you beforehand, rather than turning up and finding nowhere to stop.
No. Our collection vehicles are compliant with the Birmingham Clean Air Zone, so no daily charge applies and nothing is passed on to you. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, whether you are inside the zone or outside it.
Yes. Serviced offices and shared buildings are common across the city centre, and the usual complication is reception access rather than the shredding itself. Let us know the building and floor when you book, and if the site needs us to sign in, book a lift or give notice to the building manager, tell us and we will work to their process.
Upper floors are fine. Our driver comes to you rather than expecting you to carry bags down, so there is no need to move anything into a lobby or out to the kerb beforehand. If the building has a goods lift or a preferred route for deliveries, mention it when you book and we will use it.

The Jewellery Quarter in particular is a mix of small workshops, studios and converted units where access varies from door to door, so tell us the address when you book and we will plan the collection around it.

Everything is destroyed in accordance with BS EN 15713 and you get a certificate of destruction for every collection, which is what most regulators and insurers want to see.

Tell us roughly how much there is and what the deadline is, and we will work out how many bags you need and how many visits it takes. It does not have to be a regular arrangement — a one-off clearance is fine.
Yes. Our Birmingham collections cover the city centre, the Jewellery Quarter, Digbeth, Edgbaston, Moseley and Selly Oak, and extend out to Sutton Coldfield and Solihull. If you are just outside those areas, ask anyway — we would rather tell you straight than have you assume we cannot reach you.
